NewModelForNewAge

A NEW MODEL FOR THE NEW AGE
KETA MEERA SAHEBU

1.Growth From Ages

More than a million years ago the origin of man took place. Degraded souls took birth among apes and lived along with them. They ate whatever was available in the forests and lived.

Scientists note that the development of technology suddenly sped up some 40,000 years ago marked by more sophisticated tools used for hunting, cooking and other essential tasks.

The second burst of accelerating change began roughly 10000 years ago. With the development of settled agriculture. The agriculture revolution soon transformed the society. This resulted in the emergence of first towns and cities.

The human which had been stalled at roughly 4 million for tens of thousands of years jumped to an estimated 27 million in 2000 B.C. Our know history of kings is not even 5000 years. Kings were treated as equivalent to gods. Some places they were considered as god’s representatives. In some other places

kings are considered as gods. There were kings who were of the opinion that they were more than gods.

All people under the king therefore have to listen to him. Kings decisions were final. No body can cross question them. Agriculture was the main work in that period.
King should have army to protect from their enemies. Along with army he should have ministers and other staff to support him. Therefore taxes have to be paid by the people to support the king. Over and above agriculture some kind of clothes were woven in those days . Some goods were also produced. Few domestic animals were nourished to help the people.

All economy revolved around these items. .Life is simple for them They listen to stories told by people. They used to sing in groups and dance. That was their life style.

2.Capitalism

Most of the inventions that we are seeing today took place only after 16th century. Let us look at some of these inventions.

Adding machines 1642.
Atomic bomb 1945.
Ball point pen 1888.
Camera 1888.
Car steam 1769
Cassette audio 1963.
Cellophane 1908.
Cinema 1895.
Mechanical clock 1725.
Mini computer 1960.
Electric lamp 1879.
Jet engine 1937.
Machine gun 1718.
Motor cycle 1885.
Pencil 1792.
Photocopier 1938.
Radar 1922.
Radio telegraphy 1864.
Stainless steal 1913.
Television electronic 1927.

Industrial revolution is the by product of these inventions. It took place in different countries in different times.

The Industrial revolution represents the age where the beginning of manufacturing of goods and products using machines started. It is a change from hand methods of making things to machine methods of making things.
In the year 1750 this change had a beginning in England and thereafter it spread to other parts of the world.

In the year 1765 James Watt constructed the steam engine.

Cars driven by steam were invented in 1769 by Nicolas Cugnot of France.

Prior to this the main source of income was only farming. People worked with their hands. After introducing machines to produce goods, large industries came into existence.

Then cities came into existence. There after people began moving from Villages to cities.

People began working for wages and salaries. They Earned money and began to purchase the goods they wanted.

Science grew from strength to strength and inventions increased and finally today they encompass all our lives.

During World War-II industry and technology had a tremendous boost. This progress in technology had many distinct phases. They are as follows :

The wood age 1750-1840.
The steam age 1769-1900
The coal and iron age 1840-1860
The age of steel 1860-onwards
The atomic age 1942-onwards.

The industrial revolution began in different countries at different times .

In France it began around 1789.
In USA it had a beginning in 1790.
Japan made a beginning in 1868. Germany made its beginning in the year 1871.
In Russia the change began in 1928
In China and India this beginning was only around 1945.

The industrial revolution brought many advantages to the society. They are as follows:

Cities grew.
Many people moved from villages to cities.
Standard of living increased many- fold.
Many inexpensive manufacturing goods came to the market.
Trade increased.

Capitalism is the result of this industrial revolution. There are few central ideas that govern capitalism

Free Trade
Representative government
Gold standard

4. Central Planning in Communism

Not everything was good in capitalism. There are many disadvantages .They are as follows:

Exploitation of workers
Growth of slums
Great suffering to displaced workers
Unemployment
Disparity increased among workers

To day the world has moved far ahead in many directions. We are becoming more and more dependent
upon machines. Today we cannot think of life without machines. And
there is no going back. Only the ills of capitalism has to be studied and eliminated for the better living of all people.

Communism took birth on these ideas . about these in the coming se ideastalution
Communism in a broader sense means a system in which property used for the production of goods or services is owned by the community.

Karl Marx and V.I. Lenin contributed in formulating this doctrine. There
after this concept of communism was widely known as Marxism-Leninism.

Karl Marx and Friedrich Engel advocated communism as a way of living.

According to them capitalism had many ills. Society must overcome these ills by overthrowing capitalism.

In the system of communism, the means of production such as lands, factories , mines etc are owned in common. To achieve these goals they thought force is a must.

The communist Manifesto was written in 1848 by Marx and Engel. These were followed by many other works by Marx, Engel and Lenin.

Lenin as a leader of the Bolshevik revolution in 1917, advocated that for communism to succeed, the movement had to be tightly controlled by a small group of people.

The basic beliefs of communism are

: A series of class struggles between the haves and have-nots are a part of history .

The society is controlled by capitalists. Such a control in reality should belong to workers.

However the capitalists use government and religion to control the poor for their own benefit. Therefore the working class should over-throw the capitalists by force.

These ideas quickly spread in Russia . The poor peasants who were struggling under the Czarist empire quickly revolted and seized power under Lenin in 1917.

The Communists who came to power controlled the state by force. Slowly many variations in communism came into existence throughout the world.

The rich were wiped out. The poor shared the property. Standard of living improved considerably as compared to what it was under the Czars.

People were happy in the beginning .

The success attracted many to communism. It spread far and wide and became one of the political forces in the entire world.

However as time passed by, the real weakness of communism came to surface.

In the countries ruled by the communists, the real decisions were made by the top leadership.

Everything in these countries was centrally planned.

The Government decided what the people needed.

It decided the goods they had to use , their prices and everything else.

There were elections only for the candidates selected by the state. Citizens had to join only the state party.

They had no right to form new political parties.

Freedom of expression was restricted.

Any one who opposes these ideas were treated very harshly.

Individual motivation and initiative were totally destroyed .

These ideas and practices finally brought down the communist popularity in USSR .

Russia became an independent country in December, 1991.

Since then in several communist countries some of the ideas of capitalism are being slowly practiced. Free trade is being encouraged. This shift in ideas were seen visibly.

5.Socialism

The World Socialist Movement consists of people who have organized themselves democratically with one objective: to bring about a complete change in world society.

The world socialist movement is a global socialist movement that believes Capitalism cannot meet the needs of the majority of us, the workers of the world, no matter how progressive it might become in the future.

Socialism is the collective ownership by all the people of the factories, mills, mines, railroads, land and all other instruments of production
Socialism means direct control and management of the industries and social services by the workers through a democratic government based on their nationwide economic organization.
The basic philosophy of socialism as we can see in the above extracts is almost same as communism. Only subtle difference exists.
It is a state control or control of the people elected by the people. We have already seen how the elected representatives behave to control the assets of the people, in Russia and in China and use it for their benefit.
On the name of socialism we elect people. These people rule the country. Now these people put their representatives on the top posts of every factory , every shop and every production unit.
They are third person singular. They have not done any thing to build these factories. They are just put in those positions to manage because they are either party workers or party supporters.
Besides electing all necessary shop officers, the workers will also elect representatives to a local and national council of their industry or service--and to a central congress representing all the industries and services. This all-industrial congress will plan and coordinate production in all areas of the economy.
As we are seeing in Russia and China in managing these factories their self interest comes first. All privileges will be given to their friends and relatives.

Since it is controlled by state party a common man cannot talk. They cannot even cross question.
Things will become unmanageable.
Ordinary men have no private property. They have no assets. They have no means of production. They have to depend for every thing on these elected representatives. They elected representatives give the jobs. They fix salaries for every one . These representatives plan and do every thing. Man becomes a slave in state controlled party.ross by state party a common man cannot talk . ry factory , every shop, every production units.
We have seen this in Russia and we have also seen how it collapsed. We have seen it in China . We have seen how China slowly embracing the capitalistic model. The people of the world have already seen how the collective leadership and collective management of wealth works.
Therefore we can see this method do not fit into our thinking and living
6. Swadeshi
In India, during the 20th Century there were three different movements for Swadeshi.

First was started by Mahatma Gandhi during 1915-1920.

The second movement was that of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru .

The thirds is by Sangha Parivar after 1993

Gandhi valued his individual freedom most. To preserve it he preferred to remain self reliant .

He would go to a foreign source only when it was inevitable. For running industries Gandhi foot forth the idea of Trusty Ship.
Gandhi gave the utmost emphasis on decentralization of power in order to develop a real democracy.
This decentralization was capable of assuring self-reliance at the lowest level, in the villages on one hand, and of ending dependence in economic sphere on the capitalists and the landowners on the other.
It also resolved to a participation of each and everyone in political control.

Swaraj’, he says, “My idea of Village-Swaraj is that it is a complete republic, independent of its neighbors for its own vital wants and yet inter-dependent for many others in which dependence is necessary”.
Even today these ideas were relevant. But then Gandhi never developed his ideas fully. Therefore they remained as philosophical ideas . Most of the people thought they are of no relevance in these days.

7. The Chinese Miracle

For a country to progress past it has to achieve two goals:

Full employment and extensive use of methods based on capitalism.

By virtue of it being a communistic country China has achieved the goal of full employment. It is now slowly adopting some of the techniques of capitalism.

The result is dramatic. See here some of these points .
While thousands of State-owned enterprises were being closed, several others were being allowed to be run by workers who had only to earn the variable costs and did not have to pay for the plants and other assets. By this method China is making sure maximum employment.
In cases where management took over enterprises, some amount of equity investment by them was insisted upon. On similar lines of capitalism
China's basic strengths also lay in low costs of raw materials and infrastructure
The business risks inherent in China's unreformed political system have bred a response among many Chinese managers- an "industrial strategic culture" -- that encourages them to seek short-term profits, local autonomy, and excessive diversification. We can see here a mix of communism and capitalism
China is now slowly adopting the techniques of capitalistic model.
8. The Co-operative Effort

In India we are fully aware of co-operative effort. We have several co-operative societies to day doing varieties of tasks. Every one who joined these organizations got the best out of them.

Let us see how it works.

Let us see how a co-operative housing society works.

A set of people come together, form a society pool the money purchase land, develop it and distribute it among the members. By this method each one may get a site at the rate of say Rs 100 per square feet. The same site, or similar sites purchased through lay out makers will cost Rs 400 to Rs 600 per square feet in the market.

These kind of examples are many in India. In a co-operative society the product is collectively produced and the same is distributed at its cost price.. Where as when a builder develops it he needs profits and he will try to manage the maximum profit depending upon the market..

In a co-operative effort the same profit is distributed among the members. It is the members who get the benefit.

In this example to develop the land we pooled our money. It is the save component. We have saved and invested.

It is same as capitalism except that we have taken the initiative therefore we got the benefit. Instead of paying profits to some one we got back for ourselves.

Can we go beyond this by one more step. Let us see.it.
fit is distributed among the mebers. age the maximum profit depending upon the market.

Let us go to a village where they have 10000 acres of land owned by a group of land lordsss see how it works.gers -- y are of no relevance in these days.. But the land lords have no money to cultivate it. No money to till, no money to purchase seeds and no money to harvest.

At this juncture all the villagers have come together. They made up their mind to till it, harvest it. They have agreed to does it collectively.

The people who have no work will come and till it. But do not ask money immediately.

Those who got seeds they will give it. Those who got machinery they bring it and use it for cultivation.

Every body contributes. Some by giving whatever things they have got and some others by contributing their labor.

The villagers come to an agreement that the remuneration that each one will get will paid after the crop is produced. When once the crop is cut and grain is produced they sell it and every one is paid as per the understanding.

In this method what happens?. People have produced the goods without capital in the sense that an economist would have thought of.

But then you see in this method there are two components.

The seeds, the food, and the machinery they put to use is the save component in a real economic sense.

The labor they have put is not the save component. It is invested before saving. I call this component Invest component.

Labor is an economic factor. But in a capitalistic model if a land lord has to do it, he has to pay for the labor
before he employed the labor. But then no worker was paid for his labor in the beginning. The workers given the labor without any payment immediately after the work. The only understanding they got is that they will be paid when once the crop comes to handy.

So as and the when the crop yields they will get their remuneration. It is this component I call the “invest: component. In this method got the result without investment in the beginning which a capitalist would have got with money on hand.

The land that was lying idle is now put to work and made to produce the results.

9. The Reverse Principle

In the section ‘co-operative effort’ we have seen how people can come together, work together and produce crop and can share it as and when the crop yields.

In a village of few people this method can work. But then how do we extend this method to a country like India which stretches from Kanya Kumara to Kashmir. We are more than a billion people having varied skills , varied interests and varied requirements.

It is here we have to apply a different technique.

We know what we want. We have to produce goods and services as per requirements.

To achieve this goal we have some capital on hand. Some infrastructure on hand. In addition we have lot of labor force that is lying idle.

We identify what we want. Then to produce them we need money. Or say we need capital.

The saved component in the form of food, land, machinery , fertilizers that are produced and lying in the market, the seeds that are stocked in the go-downs all of them we use it.

The labor that was lying idle is the ‘invest component’. We use both of
them and get the results that we want to get. We will produce what we want and distribute them as per our contribution.

Then how to go about in achieving this goal?

First we must come to an understanding that in what proportion we have to share the produce. The produce is in countless numbers in variety and complexity.

This problem will be solved the ‘pay commission’ which decides the labor value and the cost of goods that are produced. We have all the know how on this. Five pay commissions have already been over and now the sixth pay commission has been constituted. Let us hope now the seventh pay commission will do the job under reverse principle..

The goods and services we require have to be assessed by data collection and analysis methods. In capitalistic model supply and demand would have settled this problem. But then if supply is more the prices fall and the industrialist looses. If the demand is more prices go up and the worker loose. But in reverse principle we are finding out what is required by data collection methods neither looses.

Now come the question of how to pay the remuneration to the workers .In a co-operative effort in the village the village head gives the chits as per the understanding. He measures the work and pays by chits. And these chits are exchanged after the produce comes to handy.

This job is now done by the banks . We authorize banks to pay the remuneration both ‘save component’ and ‘invest component’. The invest component we call it as the “Reverse Currency”.

For all goods and services that are produced the company identifies the saved component and the reverse component. Bank pays the remuneration or salary under these two heads. Save component can be encashed immediately but the reverse component one has to wait till it is released for exchange in the market.
While giving salary to each worker , bank clearly mark what is the portion that a worker got is the ‘save component’ and what is the portion that he got is the ‘reverse component’. The saved component is released immediately but the ‘reverse component’ is released a little later as and when the goods are produced and released to market .

Though the idea looks simple, in reality it is not that simple. To make it workable we have to climb “Seven Steps”. And the planning we have to do is as per “Planning for the Great Transition” Then only we will achieve what we want to achieve.

10. The Risk Factors

Is the method that simple. There are no problems? Such doubts are genuine.

The same unemployed people who are now struggling to get a job, having got it they begins to compare with others who are getting the save component. Unrest increase as time progresses and he begins to do dharnas and strikes and go to streets with slogan shouting for immediate release of reverse currency which he has earned.

There will be always people waiting on the wall to cash such situation will come forward as leaders to lead them. These new found leader say few lies and gullible words and the workers believe them. Because every one wants to see what he wants .

The self interest comes first and make them blind to the truth. The worker do not care whether the goods are there are not in the market. He believes the government in power is responsible for all these delays. In getting the things.

But then let us see further . Suppose say we have switched over to Reverse Currency then what happens? All of us gets employed. Every one gets salary. Now all of them rush to the market. Since money circulation is almost doubled the price of goods may also become double. Inflation can also be doubled.
Goods may disappear from the market. Things can become un-controllable. This situation may lead to group clashes. On the surface of it , it seems to be highly dangerous situation.

Let us see further. Because of the publicity by the papers and halfhearted knowledge of people expectations will increase many folds.

Some will develop false hope. They may think every thing will come just like that because several people are simultaneously working.

Even though they are getting now much more than what they were getting earlier they still think they should get even more. A common human psychology. .

In the process some may feel they got less rights than others. Just because people are getting plenty they cannot be happy. They see others who are getting more than them and feel they too deserve this.

People spread rumors because they think they got less compared to some one whom they know is inferior to them and still getting more.

Some feel the fourth revolution is all about every one getting more money therefore why should we work

At the transition period there will be many confusions and many rumors. Some mischievous people trying to take advantage of this and create social problems.

Different people will have different mind sets that can make them think differently

Whatever you do some will get frustrated. Because their expectations are much more than what they actually got.

Some criminals and anti social elements may try to take advantage of the confusion that may exist in the beginning of the transition.

Terrorists may think it is a very good time to make merry of what they
want. They think this is a fluid situation and let us cash it on and create problems.

There will be some that do not like us to progress and become number one in the world. They can also create problems.

There could be some that are troubled by their internal problem. To divert the attention of their people, they create problem across the boarders.

There could be many such problems. If this is the situation what shall we do ?

11. Our Options

At this junction we have three options.

Continue with Capitalism. To day the country is doing very well. Our progress is very past. We are climbing one step after another step. Production is increasing. Things are becoming better. Our standard of living is increasing and new opportunities are coming faster than what we are expecting we may like to follow the same method It is safe and already proven.

But then we already know there are many problems of capitalism. We also know capitalism cannot give full employment .It cannot do miracles. There are many other problems that were discussed elsewhere. Considering all these things we do not accept this idea.

Try for another model. New models do not come every day. It takes years and decades. So we have to see and consider them when some one else presents a full pledged model after developing it and examined it in all aspects. Therefore even this ideas is ruled out for the time being.

The third option that is there in front of us is to embarrass ‘Reverse Principle and solve all associated problems.

A model like the one that is projected in this web comes once in every 25 years. Therefore at this junction let us examine Reverse Principle and see what is it that we surely get if we implement this model. Then let us ask , “ Is it worth for us to take all the trouble?”

Let us look at this model from this angle.

At the transition period keep all old economic relations as they are . Do not change them. Who so ever is getting salary as per save component he continues to get it. Who so ever is getting remuneration before the change over he continues to get it.

Now let look at the employment side at this juncture. Let us assume we are adopting Reverse Principle and employing all the eligible workforce in India

As of 1999-2000 the following man power distribution is worth remembering. In this table percentages and million people are truncated to fit the table

Total

Total Employment in the year 2000 was put at 397 million. Total unemployed is put at 26.58 million.

But in reality for a billion people average age for entering the job is put at say 20 years. And with a life expectancy for males at 63.9% and for females at 66.9 % under reverse principle 80% of people will be working. That is approximately 800 million. As per that calculation currently only 50% are working.
Therefore it is logical to conclude that when the work force become double the GDP will become double, income doubles and every thing doubles. In reality when suddenly work force becomes double production do not become double . They follow on the lies of some saturated curve.

We employ now additionally say 400 million The goods produced per head on a rough estimate are worth say Rs 100000 per annum .Then we are producing additionally 40000 Billion Rupees.

Let us look at the tax collections as of now. It is about 4 lakh crore of rupees. Or say 4000 billion rupees. It is just one tenth of the additional goods produced under reverse currency.

Remember as of now we have only planned. We have not yet paying them any thing.

First let us see where we shall put all the unemployed. Thereafter we shall examine how do we pay them.

Let us plan first the most essential things which are the life lines for all of us and inescapable.

Water is the life line of every thing. With plenty of water we can do many things.

We have enough drinking water for every one.

We can keep our houses clean

. We can keep our environment clean

We can keep our kitchens and bath rooms clean.

We need water for agriculture can then grow more food by having three crops every year.

Still more water is available we can have gardens, parks.

With still more water we can have water games, swimming pools, boating, fountains.

Water will change our life style. It is the life line for every thing.
With plenty of water and little planning we can eliminate all slums.

We can eliminate dirt.

We can eliminate dirt and disease.

We can have water games

we can have more fun in life.

Therefore we take up on priority the river linking project. Identify all the people required for this. Identify all the things required.

There after water harvesting methods are taken up fully. Wherever we can conserve water let us conserve it. Water gives life and adds color to life

Then let us take up flood control methods fully. It saves property. Saves water. Adds life. Give security for millions who regularly get effected

Let us then first the most essential food requirement which is the life lines for all of us and inescapable.

Trees are planted every where. Trees give oxygen. Keep temperature cool. Gives rain. Gives wood. Gives beauty . Requires very little save component and more invest component. And employs many people.

Crops are harvested in every possible land. High yielding seeds are used to the extent possible. Meets food requirement. Adds food security. If need be we can export the food to needy.

Gardens and parks are planned every where On every road we will have trees All round our houses we can have gardens and plants This makes the country totally free from food requirements for al of us.

The nest thing that we need is the energy. Le us achieve our targets fully.

With more energy, we can have lighting 24 hours a day.

We can have many gadgets running on it. E can have more industries.
We can have more automation.

The very looks of slums can get changed. They just wipe out the slums even without permanent buildings. These are the things that we need for this

Solar water haters , solar heaters, solar batteries ,solar lighting are all taken up on full pledged fashion. Let every house have solar water heater and solar lighting. Let every street have solar lights.Gas,

Mining , development of forests, heavy industry, water , gas, electricity, alternate energy sources are all developed.

Atomic energy is the next thing

.All other renewable energy sources are tapped fully.

All other bio gas and bio fuels are taken up fully
Now let us examine things that do not require save component but helps in planning

E-governance is in place. Every thing is streamlined and made transparent. For example seniority list for these goods are made and put on specialized webs. And are made available. Any one can see where he stands for each of these items.

Software is fully developed for atomization purpose,

Land records are atomized

ID cards for every one

Full literacy is planned in three year.

Insurance and tax reforms as planned earlier

Stream lining of banking industry

Birth control methods. Without proper birth control methods our planning may not work properly. Earth cannot support indefinite amount of people. There is a limit it can support beyond which life collapses.

Now let us turn our attention to what newly employed consumer wants.

All textiles industries are run three shifts a day and produce the maximum possible goods

Items like soaps, detergents, cosmetics, and other goods

.Day to day requirement of common man
Now let us plan services that requires no save component of money.

Only Invest Component is required

Police and security forces are enhanced

Army is enhanced for a period for one year.
Education is stream lined.

All staff are positioned ID cards are planned and issued.

Banks are stream lied made independent as planned earlier.

Software required for atomization are identified and developed

All consumer industries are made to work on three shifts and manpower required are positioned

All two wheeler and four wheeler industries are made to work on three shifts and man power is positioned

Requires little save component of money. Major portion is Invest Component

Special network for E-governance is set up

Roads are build on top priority.

Buildings for new Industries are constructed

School buildings, hostels, are build. Teachers required can be filled as per the norms

All other heavy industry is made to work for three shifts and man power is positioned and trained

.All mining industry is planned and man power is positioned

Atomization of agriculture is taken up and planned.

Man power is planned.

Requires some save Component therefore can be planned over a 5year period.

TV, sets, Radios, and other electronic goods

Mbile phones and land lines

Watches and other things
Two wheelers and four wheelersRequires some save Component therefore can be planned over a 10 year period

Housing can be planned for all those who do not have

Stream lining of old age hostels.

Recreation facilities as planned and positioned

Stream lining of tourism for all

All other industries that can be run are identified man power is positioned.

All housing industry is planed and man power is positioned

Old age hostels

Medical facilities

Hostels for all students

Recreation facilities
Tourism for all at normal living rates

.Housing for all

Stream lining of prisoms

Remember we have identified the requirements. And man power is positioned. But no money is yet paid. So the supply and demand as it existing as of now is still the same. No money over flow. Therefore no inflation will take place

How to release the money is our next question. While recruiting the new people government announces the new recruits are paid based on the production. It is by law.

All their money is shown in their bank account under several heads . Each of these component is released under some head at different time intervals based on available goods and services.

Some component of this money is not yet released say like housing component. Every one will know what component is released and what component of money is still not released.

When money is released it is released under a set of head say like, food, clothes, consumer goods, TV, Computer, Phones , Housing etc The release is as per the availability of these goods and services in the market..

Every one gets these release letters from the bank weekly or fortnightly. And additional money is released based on the availability of items.

otream lining of prisaeelere s just one tenth of the additional goods produced under reverse currency. The release procedure goes like this. The save component is released as it is. So the old money relations are not affected. Only the reverse currency is stream lined and released in bits and pieces based on availability of goods.

To begin with we pay only for food under reverse component. All the people are living as of now there we can say food is available. However the newly employed can have released money limited to only essential food requirement.

As more and more food is produced more and more money is released on this head. So the supply and demand gets matched from time to time. When once sufficient clothes are produced and released to markets money under clothes head is released.

Money for vehicles is released as and when the production increase. Even before money is released for variety of goods a seniority list is made. This seniority list is region wise and is made may be by lottery
system.

Money for consumer goods is released based on availability. For items like TV’s, watches etc a seniority list id made and release.

More hotels are set us as and when the food production goes us.

Hosing colonies are identified and build as per the materials are available and released as per seniority list

Hoses are build as per seniority list Phones, mobile phones, computers etc are released as per the seniority list and availability of items,

The rule is simple. The save component is released all the time for the regular employees who are there before introducing the Reverse principle .

For the release of the invest component, we ensure first the produced goods in the market and when once we are sure that the goods and services are available then only the money is released under the reverse component. .

Availability of goods and releases of money go together for the reverse currency. Therefore no inflation takes place.

We follow this rule to control, the inflation. Stream line every thing. Release of money is only to the extent of availability of goods. Release of money out of the reverse currency is always as per the availability of goods in the market. .

Data collection and data analysis methods are kept in position therefore we get the information fast on all goods and services that are available in the market on line .

Create environment so that trust is not disturbed. Every thing should go on as planned without any bottlenecks. One should know when he gets his things. How his money is released .All such things should Follow an established order. No jumping of quest. No favoritism Then every thing goes smoothly.

12. Our Decision

The success of this method depends upon planning and executing. And stream lining of production and distribution methods.

If we think we cannot do this then let us go with Capitalism. If we think we can do this let us adopt Reverse Principle.

There are 350 million are only working. Another 350 million are unemployed or underemployed. They need jobs.

They need a way to stand on their own legs. Reverse Principle can only solve their plight.

It only can show a methods to put all of them to work and create wealth

Remember Reverse Principle is the brain child of Capitalism and Communism.

It is beyond Socialism

Can we do it

Before we answer this question let us see in brief what we get ? For that what we have to sacrifice ?

We have seen on a rough estimate we get Rs 40000 billion. That is ten time the governmental spending including taxes and market borrowings etc.

For that We are putting extra 400 million people to work

The promise we give them the goods and services as w when they are produced.

What are the time gaps.

Extra food they require hey them selves produce.

Clothes are produced by running textile industries three shifts a day

Consumer gods, vehicles, mobile phones , phones , etc are produced by running the existing industries three shifts a day.

Housing requirements for all are met in about five to ten years time.

The jobless as of now having got the job has to wait for these things these periods for those goods.

Seniority is made for these goods and services based on lottery system.

Can we not do this ?
Let us see who are do these things
